Firstly, I want to thank all my supporters and special clients who continuously stuck with me throughout my spiritual journey. Without you, I wouldn’t be the Intuitive Healer that I am today. Thank you.
Secondly, Happy International Women’s Day to all the women in the world! Big shout out to my Grandma, Mom, Devin Strickler from the 3LTribe, and Natalie Elizabeth Elise from the Boss Babe Societe. You guys are my absolute inspiration. Love you guys so much! If anyone would love to follow them or invest in the relative tribes, please do, you won’t ever regret it. Worth. Every. Penny.
Alright, so how do I start? It’s difficult for me to say this because I feel like I’m naked in front of all of you guys. The vulnerability and openness is killing me. But I’ll just get straight to the point. Btw, you guys are the FIRST to know about this.
It was just last month that I was diagnosed with Candida-A after nearly 2 years of chronic fatigue. My energy levels became really low, I had low self-esteem due to my health condition, and I was unable to live like a normal University student. Because of this, I had to undergo several tests such as tests for cervical cancer and HIV-related tests. Sounds scary, but really…it’s not.
According to some statistics that I found online, 60% of the women around the world will encounter yeast-infection once in a lifetime. Therefore, I’m hoping to spread awareness about Candida Albicans through this post. Babes, please read this post seriously as you or any of your girlfriends whom you know may be suffering from this condition.
To give you an idea of what Candidiasis is about. Here’s an info-graphic of it:
With the diagnosis comes the treatment. I was put under a week of antibiotics which I’m ultimately sensitive to. To top it off, I’m really opposed to treating my body with Western medicine, but my body can’t really heal itself without the antibiotics. So after the course of antibiotics, I went to my trusted TCM practitioner to regulate my body back again. So far, everything is stable. The only exception was my chronic fatigue. Somehow, I’ve been even more tired these days. Does anyone know how to tackle this issue? It’s seriously starting to get on my nerves.
Nevertheless, I’ve been healing through energy healing as well as using pharmacotherapy, supplements, and traditional chinese medicine.
While there are medicine to control the condition, candida-A may recur. Henceforth, please take note and stay away from all processed & foods that contain artificial sugar and you’ll be more or less stable! I’m doing my best to eat whole foods these days, and it can definitely be seen from my stable condition, so yay!
Honestly, I feel very grateful that I’ve finally listened to my body and went to consult the doctor about Candidiasis. If I’d prolonged the condition any longer, it might eventually affect my future health or even pregnancy.
Henceforth, I encourage any babes to really take note of the symptoms that I’ve mentioned above and google for more information about candida-A if you suspect you have it. Do not be ashamed (like me who delayed the diagnosis & treatment). Be proactive about your own health & wellness. It’s time to take charge of your own sacred body & embrace body positivity (through ups & downs).
It was truly a difficult time in my life, and I thank my partner and family for all the constant support during this time. It was difficult to juggle between life and school, but I’ve managed to conquer it.
Babes, please remember that social support is VERY crucial. Surround yourself with people whom truly care about you & feel free to reveal this issue to your loved & trustees. Trust me, you’ll love the care & support, and you’ll recover faster this way.
Hope this post have given you some insights into candida-A and how you can save someone’s life by recognising the several signs that your girlfriends may have. Early detection is so much better than late detection. But of course, being late is better than never. So please get your checks done, babes!
Lots of love & peace to you – namaste ♡
