Surrendering: 6 practices for a peaceful day

Hi Sweet Peas,

Lately, there have been so many fellow friends with self-worth issues updating their Facebook posts with their personal stories and then ending with an affirmation. Have you noticed that too?

Somehow, this is what most of us still do nowadays. We crave approval. We crave love. We crave attention.

Approval. Love. Attention.

These three beautiful words have a thing in common — they stem from fear because we crave them.

With these fear-based energies lingering around, they lead to attachment cords hanging onto our energetic bodies and opening to our auric field. These cause the drainage of energy from another being to us — which very often lead to exhaustion, annoyance, frustration and depression. (Notice the BIG words!) When that happens, toxic thought patterns start appearing. You will then become extremely lethargic, hopeless, and victimised.

Very easily, we fall back into the same negative pattern. Again…

We, humans, do not understand why this kept happening, and we begin to blame everything and everyone else, instead of trying to understand what is happening to us.

It’s perfectly normal that you’re scared and at times want to take your steam off elsewhere. Only when you’re conscious of it, then you’ll get back up again effortlessly!

So here are some tips for you: –

|| Set a morning routine ||

It is very important that you start your day with a great mindset. You can go forth with meditation practice, yoga session, or a walk around your neighbourhood. But if you’re like me and do not have enough time in the morning to do these, then I’d suggest that you go with a blessing. Bless your day as soon as your feet hit the ground when you awake. You can say something like, “Thank you for a blessed, healthy and beautiful day today. I love you, sweet Grace.” 

Trust me, this blessing itself will make your day so much better!

|| Create self-care regime ||

You need your sacred alone time. This is especially so when you have a stressful or busy day ahead. If you do not have additional time, then make your shower or bath in the morning the sacred timing. Take this time to yourself, do not rush, and allow yourself to think positive thoughts. Thinking positive will allow you to feel positive. This is another way to start your bright & beautiful morning, to get you going positively for the rest of your day despite the circumstances!

|| Read positive affirmations ||

Most of us can get caught up in our homework, meetings, emails, and agendas, etc. So before you start doing these very productive but stressful stuff, why not take a moment to simply relax and scroll through some amazing affirmations while sipping on a hot cup of coffee? Know that reading the news loaded with natural disasters, chaos, and politics are not going to get our spirits up. Instead, they will only drag our energies down. Henceforth, google some positive affirmations to start your day. If they resonate with you, then great! Keep it with you throughout your day. When you get too stressed up, think about it and smile. Of course if you have an affirmation card app, it’s even better! There are so many to choose from in your app store, just choose them intuitively.

|| Set goals for the next day ||

What do you plan to achieve in the next day? Love, resilience, strength, willpower, joy, or positivity? Write down your goals on the night before to allow your subconscious to sink in before you head to bed. This will get you started with a positive mindset intuitively! Thereafter, reflect upon your actions at the end of the day and review. Did you commit to what you’ve asked yourself to do on the night before?

|| Be conscious & change ||

This is the most crucial part, which requires extra effort and commitment to grow. It’s very easy to get lost in all the work that we have during the day. It’s also very easy to fall back in to the same negative pattern again. Henceforth, this requires a lot of strength, positivity and courage.

Whenever someone annoys the tooot out of you, your emotions are already affected. Thereafter, your thoughts starts to become really negative. You will tend to want to get back at them or you feel really uneasy. This trick definitely works — breathe. Breath is your life force energy! Imagine you’re inhaling love into your cells and your body, and slowly exhale all the toxin energies from within your body. Do this for as many times as you need to, and you’ll feel a shift in your energy instantly.

As you disconnect your emotions from your thoughts, start to reframe your negative mindset.

Negative thought: Why can’t she just keep her mouth shut? She’s sooooo annoying. 

[Reframed] Positive thought: Maybe she doesn’t have anyone to talk to at home. She may be having a hard time in life as well. 

|| Be compassionate & merciful ||

With your change in mindset, you will then see in a bigger picture and realise that he is causing no harm at all. But in the case of bully, I’d suggest that you report to someone with authority and then disconnect your emotions from the person. At some time in point, understand that someone may be hurting really deeply inside. Learn to be compassionate, merciful and loving. Who knows? This may someday be your saviour in the future!

Ugh, yes…it’s the mercury retrograde topic again! But, this time we are discussing about the suppressed emotions, thoughts and feelings that came rushing to the surface during the after-mercury-retrograde period.

Oh I’ve got to admit that I’ve been doing my best to uplift my vibrations just to escape the clutches of those ugly after-effects as well. But, there are lessons to be learnt for each and every one of us, including me..

My life lesson was based on relationships. If you’re the same, I feel you!

The frequency between my family and I are getting so much farther apart these days!

Yes, you know that they’re worried, and they do care for you. But somehow their nagging and negativity are always suffocating you. Their words and actions affect you very much as well.

The stress and pressure don’t only come from your family, but your friends, co-workers as well as strangers (sometimes).

You just felt overwhelmed, exhausted and extremely sad all of a sudden.

You could literally feel the loss.

You want to breakaway.

You want to become independent.

You need loads of breathing space.

If this is you, then it’s time for you to call upon Archangel Michael to cut the etheric cords of the things, people, situations and places that no longer serve you. Ask him to clear away any and all lower and negative energies in your field, dearest ones. This is self-love and self-care. Be compassionate and merciful to yourself, love. Fill that empty cup, stand up strong, and be courageous & passionate towards life again, dearest one. Celebrate yourself and all that is beautiful and loving! Breathe, dearest ones, breathe in all that is good! ϡ

But of course if you’re the one who’s constantly nagging, worrying and being anxious of others, please do be mindful to be assertive and understanding of them. It’s good to always try to be open-minded and put yourself in their shoes. What would you feel if you were them? Why are they always so adamant about this? Has he/she brain-washed them? Why don’t they listen to me?

Look at the bigger picture, dear one. It’s always good to see the both sides. Be the bigger person, and know that it’s not easy for them as well. Have faith and pray for them instead of worrying. Remember, worrying will only block any progress made. So, do be mindful! ϡ

As I was scrolling through Facebook, I can’t help but stop myself from reading this beautiful article and watching this video. All I knew was that I NEEDED to watch this incredible, inspiring video! Once you’ve watched it, your heart will open instantly. You will see yourself being no different from this beautiful beings too!

Very often, people judge too quickly. In my society, many of us too, judge people who are different from us. We refer ourselves as ‘normal’ and ‘perfect’. So often, we put ourselves as the superior, just because we are normal. But, are we really? Have you ever thought that we’re actually one in essence?

Albinos and Autistic people are no difference from us. We are, in actual fact, all the same — minus the physical appearance. Henceforth, we are all same but different at the same time. This video really opened my heart to even more love and has since shifted my egoistic perspective to an evermore loving one. If only you knew some of the beautifully ‘imperfect’ people… I bet you’d learn so much more from them than the norm.

Therefore, reflect upon yourself today after watching this incredible and heart-opening video, dearest ones.

Smell the Earth, leaves and the fresh air that the tree brings. Walk barefoot on the ground & ground yourself. Imagine strong and sturdy roots growing from the soles of your feet, entering into the core of the Earth. Breathe in the Divine light and allow it to enter from the crown of your head to your feet. Imagine the light travelling south into the Earth’s core. Feel, see or sense a glowing ball of white light from the Earth’s core. It may feel like a big warm hug to you. Allow the feeling and sensation to wash over you. Gradually, connect your light to the core of the Earth and breathe in deeply, allowing the light to travel back up into the soles of your feet, your hips, base of your spine and up into your heart. Then, allow the light to radiate around you body. See yourself radiating and basking in Divine light, and allow yourself to breathe in this light throughout your day!

Sea water is very cleansing — whether it’s for humans or pets. Whenever you feel overwhelmed, stressed out or hearing lots of voices chattering and bustling in your head, then go on… Head on down to the nearest beach and soak yourself in the beautiful deep sea water! Trust me, this therapy is extremely useful, absolutely free and allows you to reap lots of benefits!

If it’s winter time for you, then head over to your bath tub and pour sea salt into it. Fill it with warm water and some lavender essence. This will also do the trick. Allow your mind to be cleared, take deep healing & relaxing breaths — breathe in deeply for 5 seconds, and breathe out all of your stress and the feelings of urgency & emergency. Keep this breathing exercise till you feel cleansed and until your mind quieten down its chatter. Relax and stay in the present moment. Let yourself rest and rejuvenate. This is your me-time and you totally deserve this peace, solitude & quietude. 🙂

1. Picnic with family & friends

2. Let your inner child out & build sand-castles

7. Close your eyes & bask in the sunlight

How can we truly rid ourselves of stress & depression?

Honestly, there’s no cure for these two horrible dis-eases.

But, there’s always ways to curb & transmute these feelings into positive energies!

1. SINGING & DANCING 

Singing & dancing - HSM

 

Believe it or not, singing helps to open up our heart centres (chakras)! Moreover, the vibrations and tones that we sing the notes at will enable us to balance our energies naturally! Dancing helps to loosen the muscles in our body for a more relaxed state. When you’re moving your body, you’ll tend to shake all your stress away — leaving only your own natural energy in your body! Also, singing and dancing are a combination to heal your life that easily! You can have fun & be healed at the same time! Isn’t it the best of both worlds?!

TIP:

For those who are naturally inclined to music & tones of the songs, I strongly recommend that you focus on the bass through the background music. Going into the bass will enable you to gradually flow into a meditative state where you’ll be rejuvenated, relaxed, and definitely stress- & worry-free.

2. YOGA

Yoga is a form of  physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines that aim to transform body and mind. It’s a great exercise for those who don’t really fancy the extreme / mild & sweaty sports such as running, hiking, jogging, sprinting, lifting weights, dancing, kayaking, surfing or rock climbing, etc.

It is proven that yoga helps to decrease anxiety & depression in people’s lives. Moreover, yoga helps to open up our heart centres as well. The different yoga poses and movements help to enhance the healing and balancing of our body energies. Not to forget, it aids in our postures too! Hence, it’s a really great breathing exercise that can keep us healthy and happy in our mind, body & spirit.

P.S. I was never a fan of yoga before, but I was introduced to it in April/May by a teacher. She introduced me to a 30 Day Yoga Challenge on YouTube & it literally transformed my life from then when I started on my first yoga practice. Honestly, I’ve never felt more balanced, light-hearted & more positive on my perspectives on different issues in my life before. It was literally life-changing! 

TIP:

If your friend/sibling/parents isn’t interested in doing yoga, please do not get them to even try it out (at home). Even though it may be beneficial to their health, there’s no point forcing them to do it with you when they don’t want to. Free will is in place here. If they want it and are ready for this, they will voice out and you may then guide them carefully through the steps and movements of yoga.

3. BOOKS

Yes, reading/writing/editing spiritually based books are very healing — especially those of self-healing books.

Through the readings with my numerous clients, there were many who are born in this life to write/sell/edit/read spiritually-based books. This is actually their life purpose in this lifetime! How amazing is that? Can you imagine…what are you going to do without these awesome writers? There would be little or no knowledge at all on this Earth!

OSHO’s books tend to make you think about humanity in whole. It’s really refreshing and very fascinating reading his books! There are many philosophies, perspectives, advice, guidance & deep words for you to ponder upon them. I absolutely adore OSHO’s books!

Also, Doreen Virtue is another true inspiration for those who are deeply connected to the angelic/fairy realms. In fact, she’s the first author to introduce me to the lovely Archangels whom I’m working with right now — healing & readings. My life became a lot clearer after being guided to read her works. Her books consist of many different experiences, tips on connecting with the other side, guidance on healing your life, and many more!

Of course, I’d highly recommend everyone to check this book out. People ought to read and know more about how the law of  attraction & manifestation truly works. Praying is one thing, taking action is another thing. But, have you wondered about those strangers you have met on the street and how you always tend to attract only a certain type of people around you? My relationship with BLUE

ImageMy mom always exclaimed, “Blue are for boys, and pink are for girls!” I’ve been hearing that line for 19 years now. When I was young, I was blinded by what was good and right for me, that I disregarded my own feelings about colours. Till now, my perception about colours, style, and thoughts still revolved around my mom’s words. At present, I feel pretty indignant about the mixture of feelings surrounding making the “right” decisions, especially on my own. I realised that I needed my own opinion. thoughts, beliefs and perceptions. It felt like manipulation and control whenever my mom spoke about her opinions these days. That was getting slightly annoying.

This was part of the reason why I was rebellious at times. Whenever my mom voiced out her perception, I tried to dispute but to no avail. My brain was programmed to know that her opinions were still “right” somehow, and that I still have to listen & give in to her. I was literally torn between wanting to listen to my mom and be the “good” girl I’ve always been just because I didn’t want her to be angry at me. Yes, I was the apple of the eye in everybody’s eye, but it was not ME. My heart and mind were not aligned, and I know that I have to change. I wanted change, no…needed change. I was overwhelmed, and the (angel & devil) thoughts were tearing me apart slowly and painfully. At first, I resisted the pain. But slowly, I had no choice but to succumb to the pain.

Once again, I fell into the depression state. It was a terrible feeling to go through that phase again — just because I resisted what Universe wanted me to do – rebel. I’m not a rebel in nature, but Universe does have it’s ways to make you into one till you succumb submissively to your lesson. I’ve realised just that, and decided that ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH. For now, I’m still trying to have the courage to stand my ground towards the decisions and opinions that I make. I needed to TRUST myself to make my own RIGHT decisions.

I was very lucky for the angels guided me to a very special and compassionate colour reader, whom I consider a dear friend and advisor to me — Bernard Charles . I’ve gone to him for a colour reading about my life purpose, and he told me about it.  Coincidentally, I’ve gotten the Cyan Blue card. It was a very pretty blue, and he was the one who introduced me to an extremely beautiful stone called Kyanite. Instantly, I was attracted to it and it’s energy. It was calling out to me like a siren’s calling. It was alluring, enticing and irresistible.

Within the two weeks of the consultation, I’ve managed to get myself a Kyanite bracelet. Surprisingly, I didn’t have to charge or program it because it was just calling me to wear it. Yes, it was a risk to just wear it without cleansing and charging it. But, it was a risk I was willing to take. I trusted my decision to wear it without cleansing or charging. It worked!  I’ve been constantly wearing it throughout the day and night, except during shower time. I felt balanced, cleansed, and absolutely renewed! I was definitely fated to have Kyanite in my life. And, guess what? It’s BLUE!

This links me to another revelation which I’ve just known from my very dear cousin. While we were out for lunch yesterday, she complimented on the colour of the bracelet. I beamed, and thanked her. Then she moved on, telling me about the past.

“You know, you have always liked blue. Whenever your mom asked which colour you wanted, whether it was for a bag or a purse, you would never fail to choose blue. But your mom was being the typical stereotype, said that girls must have pink. That’s why most of your stuff are pink in the end.” 

All this while, I’ve never hated pink but I disliked the colour because it was too bright for me. I didn’t like the attention that I was getting in the past. It was making me uncomfortable and people (especially girls) kept getting jealous that I was getting all the PINK. However, it was far from the truth. I’ve led a life of lies in the past. I didn’t like pink. I’ve never wanted or needed pink in my life before…and definitely not now.

From the photos that I’ve been scrolling through these days, I then realised that I’ve been wearing BLUE. It was like a constant walking reminder that my supposed colour, my life purpose is BLUE. The Universe wanted me to remember this, and stand my ground about this colour and matter. Just like this, I knew. My life then was different from now.

Blue…is my song, my life, and my purpose.

– People from your past life are making themselves known to you in this lifetime. They include a soulmate and family members, all with whom you share karmic ties. In the past, these relationships may have been painful, but now is your opportunity to balance that karma and break the reincarnation cycle if you choose. Ask your guides for what you need to know from your past life and ask them to heal you of that karmic ties of pain and hurt. If you’ve come across flashes of your past life, record them down in a journal. Then, release whatever that no longer serves your purpose to God, through meditation and prayers. 

– Be willing to forgive anyone and everyone who have mistreated, physically/mentally/emotionally assault you. Forgive the situations that made you unhappy and depressed, or frustrated and pissed off. Open up your heart to love and peace. Ask the Angels to guide you to healing and send your prayers to God. Write/Draw/Blog about your unhappiness, send your hurt, depression or anger to God and the Angels. Call upon the healing angel, Archangel Raphael to help you let go of the hurt and sufferings, and be at peace with yourself.

– Call upon Archangel Michael to cut your fear-based cords. These cords are attached between you and others whom you have associated yourself with. Ask Archangel Michael to cut the cords of those people who are draining the energy from you (those who depend too heavily on you). Take a deep breath and release yourself of all the tension and burden within your body. Allow yourself to receive the healing and light from Archangel Michael.

** Rejuvenate yourself by drinking plenty of water. Water is a way to cleanse yourself internally as well as externally. Remember to also thank the Angels who have healed you. Believe in the healing and release whatever fear, worries, frustrations, pain or depression to them. Angels always go by “Ask and it is given.” Hence, call upon them whenever you need their assistance or guidance on something.

Positivity and Vocabulary Bank

“Why so negative?” My teacher exclaimed, “Why can’t you use issues and concerns instead of complains?!”

Her rhetorical question made me smile, and this was then stuck in my head for the rest of the day. So yes… why be so negative when you can be positive every single moment of your life? All you have to do is change your thoughts! Of course, by changing your thoughts, you must first change the vocabulary in your dictionary.

The Law Of Attraction also states that you should “think of what you desire, and not what you fear”. Your thoughts manifest quickly in the universe, so take precious time to build happy & positive words in your vocabulary bank! It’s worth being happy everyday. Also, you being happy may brighten someone else’s day as well! Hope you have fun manifesting positive thoughts!!

This is to address parents and any other parents-to-be or others who are interested in knowing about this.

They are often labeled (and misdiagnosed) as having ADD or ADHD because they won’t comply with established rules and patterns, and they may exhibit behavioural problems at home and at school.” — Doreen Virtue

Dear Parents/Parents-to-be,

Please take a look at your child/children’s behaviour before you diagnose them with several symptoms such as autism, ADD/ADHD, etc. Some children are born to serve the Earth. They have a special ‘mission’ here, and mostly are here to guide and construct peace on Earth before they die.

The Care and feeding of indigo children

Yes, I am an Indigo child, in the eyes of God. However, my ‘powers’ are limited due to something obstructing it ever since I was young. Instead of being autistic or having ADD/ADHD (as stated in the book), I was more towards the ‘quiet’ side. According to my mom, I love to daydream and I hated talking. Thankfully, my mom had faith that I was a normal child and didn’t send me to see a doctor about my ‘speech difficulty’. So, till the age of 4, my speech was limited. Surprisingly, my mom always knew what I wanted and needed. I’ve never needed to use my mouth to communicate at all! Call it intuition/telepathy/mother’s instinct or whatever. It truly worked between my mom and I.

Again, yes. I have the ability to see spirits when I was young. Some were gentle and kind, while others were simply just plain scary. The experience that scarred me was skeletal bones creeping up on me at night when I was in a toilet alone. They started ‘playing’ with me even though I told them to stop. I didn’t like the feeling of them around me at all. Being an Indigo, my senses were sharp and it was easy to differ between the good and the bad ones. Obviously, the skeletons were bad. I was scared shitless. One mistake I made on my own when I was young…I didn’t dare to tell anybody about that. It was ABNORMAL in my family’s eyes. So I shut myself up.

Subsequently, I began running a very high fever and started vomiting every chance that I could. At that young age, I was extremely fragile and had to be taken to the hospital for several injections to calm my fever down. However, my fever wasn’t going away any time soon at that time. My grandparents then began bringing me to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) hall. When Chinese medicine didn’t work on me, they knew they had to do something otherwise I’d be gone forever. It was a week after that they brought me for alternative measures.

They had brought me to a house of Medium.

I saw first-handedly how the Gods & Deities were channeled into a human’s body. The exaggerated actions and the super loud noises were simply unforgettable. At my weak state, I didn’t care about that. I just wanted to be well again. The feeling that followed me everywhere was horrible. So, the Medium took a piece of paper, written something on it, chant with it and burnt it in a bowl. Then, he filled it with water and handed it to me.

I drank it.

The effects were wonderful. A few days of drinking it, my fever was gone and I was officially well again. However, from that day that I was well again till now, my memories disappeared from me. It was like my spirit and soul were gone from my body. I wanted to cry, to scream and to shout. But I couldn’t. I felt numb. Gradually, when I was at the age of 17, I regained some of my senses because of my depressed condition. I didn’t call it depression because I didn’t consult a doctor officially. My own senses told me I had to start being happy again otherwise “I’ll lose myself now and forever.”

Then, it happened. I woke up from a ‘trance’ state. 60% of my soul/spirit had returned to me. The past then returned to me only recently when I started on my own spiritual studies. The bowl of water that I had drank contained a talisman. It was a talisman of protection. Apparently, it protected me from the bad AND the good ones as well! It literally took my soul away from me!

I was devastated knowing about that. The numbness was all I’d felt during my childhood days. Hence, I came from experience and that’s why I don’t want anymore kids to go through what I’ve been through. Having to go through this alone was slowly tearing me apart physically!

**This story was written as the Angels were urging and calling out to me to address this problem. I hope that this information is useful to you and your children. I strongly advice new parents to research about Indigo/Crystal children. It’ll be of much help to you, I promise. Never mind that your children might not be the special children, it’s still good to take some precautions or measure about this as it will affect your child/children’s future in one way or another.
